In July 2021, Chicago-Soft, LTD created a redesigned support portal for MVS/QuickRef. If you haven’t used our new system yet, please take a moment to read on.
*Our portal is available 24x7x365 to authorized users, and allows for self-serve license keys (both permanent and disaster recovery) and product downloads. Standard hours of customer support are 9AM to 5PM EST.
**For international customers who use MVS/QuickRef, please use our Contact page to locate your region-specific distributor for all product/support inquiries.
All existing QuickRef Administrators (from our contact database) for active US/Canada sites have been given access to this new system. If you do not remember your password, or do not remember receiving our initial welcome message, please attempt a manual password reset here. Your username will be the email address we have on record for you, and a password reset link should arrive shortly (make sure to review your junk folder, just in case).
If you continue to have issues with access, or do not receive a password reset link, please contact our support team at email@example.com. When you request access, PLEASE tell us your SITE ID and the name of another member of your team who may have account access. This will help us verify your request, and it will expedite the setup process.
